I currently have a Saiga 223 with the Tapco t6 faux converted grip and stock that you don't need to modify the gun any. If I were to decide to make the conversion and move the FCG, could I use the same Tapco furniture I already have? Boy, that would save a lot of dinero. I suppose I would still need a grip nut, but what about the rest of the stuff?

No, you would need a standard AK grip bolt & Nut along with pistol grip, and you would need a standard AKM rear stock (could be aftermarket) but the conversion of Saiga uses different furniture.

dinzing arms sells the gastube and nut to attach your handguards pretty easy to install those.
