I snagged a WASR-3. It comes with foreign 30rd mags. It comes with a welded muzzle nut. I plan to put a US made stock and grip on it. US made handguards, and a US made flash hider. I also bought US made floor plates for the Circle 10 mags I bought. Will I be in 922r Compliance with this rifle when I add the muzzle device?

Oh yeah, you're fine. You'll have a handful more US parts than you really need to have. I wouldn't even bother with the floorplates if you are doing all that parts swapping.

I bought em when I was buying mags so I don't have much invested.

Unless your rifle was molested for some reason,it should have a US made fire control group(3 parts)as well as
a gas piston(1 part).
