I purchased one of the Rough Riders caught up in the recall....I would really like to avoid the hassle of dealing with Lancaster knowing that they are a bunch of dip dunks (lying thieving bastards), what exactly needs to be replaced? to make the rough rider durable.

I was under the impression the gas port hole was drilled too big, so I'd wager a barrel and gas block replacement would be warranted.

Yeah they were out of spec barrels. Not really something you can easily and inexpensively fix yourself. Send it back to those retards.
