Looks to be a Bulgarian AK with Bulgarian handguards, Egyptian Maadi brown pistol grip, and Egyptian Maadi sling.

Yep, Bulgarian export AK. Mid 80s to late 90s. Sets of that furniture were once quite common in this country. The fixed stock version has a butt that matches the pistol-grip.
