I'm going with a Dark Earth motif on my Saiga and I'm looking for pre-coated Dark Earth dust cover.
I've tried searching, but everyone seems to be selling railed dust covers.

You may want to consider painting the one you have. It's just a dust cover and can easily be repainted.

I painted my dust cover with Alumna Hyde II from Brownell's. It's easy to use, really tough and isn't bothered by solvents. I doubt you'll find them pre-painted (in any color besides black).
