Okay guys,

Besides the '74 style muzzle brake and the Bulgarian flash hider.  What other options are there for the 24mm muzzle?

I really don't think the Krinkov Muzzle booster or the Bulgy 4-pc flash hider would like too good on a full size AK.
Maybe you can track down a 24mm Bulgarian A1 flash hider

A Vltor HALO-74 adapter?

How about something really different?

I wanted to use an AAC M42000 suppressor on
my Overland DesertDog 74 SBR, but there wasn't a lot of options out there.

I had a machinist mill down and bore out an East German blank firing adapter, and then
it was carefully welded to an AAC Blackout 51T QD mount.

Concentricity was maintained
throughout, and it fits very nicely on a weapon. The Blackout was new and this adapter
hasn't had a bullet thru it since construction.

I've sold the suppressor to fund other projects, so the this unique adapter is available if
you're interested.

Cheers.

US-made.....Affordable.....and all it needs is a paint job.  Perfect...!!!
I have an original on my SAM7A1R, but I'm sure the CNC clone is just as good.

Just got mine a couple of minutes ago. Damn nice. Identical to the previous Bulgarian ones that I've had. Marked USA on the bottom.

How's the finish on it?  Is it black, or the dull gray in the picture?

It's a dark grey, almost black really... As far as fit. It doesn't fit tight, but neither did my Bulgarian ones, but once in place, not too terribly wobbly.

A high temp O ring like the ones Primary Weapons Systems use would cure that.
