| Yes, they were made for California. They actually shoot quite well and the pump is surprisingly fast, especially in 7.62 x 39. They make great semi auto conversions if you can get them at a bargain price. I have several I have converted in .223 (gave about $125 each). They are ugly in stock form and the sights are a bit lacking, but a scope fixes that. At the price they are asking I would pass. |
| i'm in ft worth and the only time i buy stuff at cheaper than dirt is from the catalog sometimes. the store is a freakin rip off big time. a draco ak is 499 if that tells you anything. sometimes they do have good prices on pistols depending on the sales i will say that. i do think its sad that all of the walmarts around here know them and refuse to sell ammo to them because the store guys were coming in to buy the ammo dirt cheap and double the price to resell it at the store. thats just low |
| join the club gun stores send guys here in fl. to walmarts everyday before they open there doors so they can get to the ammo before you or i can. so walmart knew they were doing that so now they have a 6 box per customer limit on boxes of ammo. i've seen walmart ammo on gun store selfs 9mm for $24 a box. in fl walmarts carry federal 9mm thats how i know. also the guy behind the counter at walmart told me thats why theres a 6 box limit. |
| its shameful and pathetic,thats why i dont buy jack shit from the store.....the catalog and the online store have different owners and are not affiliated with the stores owner....at least thats what i've been told by the actual store and catalog employees. i believe in capatlism but damn that is just something else....its straight greed and ripping people off. theres piles of ammo on their store shelves and tons and tons of pistol magazines sitting unsold because the prices are ridiculous. i've seen mags there for $50+ that sell for like $25-30 literally everywhere else,including the catalog sales....its just stupid. their pistol prices on most models are usually full msrp. however i will say that glocks are 499 and sometimes they have sales on govt or police trade ins but thats it. |

When I was looking for a Draco a few weeks ago, I called them and they said $499.99 I couldn't believe it. Went to the Ft Worth Gun Show and got one for alot cheaper. Has anyone ever noticed when something on the shelf is alot higher than what is in the catalog? That really freaks me out. I get the feeling the catalog and actual store don't get along very well. Anyone else ever get that? What I hate the most is going on Saturday and standing in the catalog line for 20-30 minutes only to find they out of stock on the item I want. |
| HAHAHAHa.....I just received another catalog from thos douchebags....the only decently priced stuff I bought from them were a couple of ammo carriers and some rolls of paracord and 200ft of mountaineer rope they had in stock...Everything else if about 25% higher than elsewhere. |
