I'm looking to add a folding stock to an upcoming 7.62x39 build.  I've decided I dont want a wire stock, nor a triangle folder (due to the added cost/work involved)  and am looking at the following: ACE, Tromix, and DPH Arms.

ACE- Metal/Aluminum:

Tromix.  Polymer? (Middle and lower in pic) :

DPH Arms- Solid Billet:

Overall, they all use the same type of folding mechanism, look the same/close, offer different buttpad thicknesses, and cost close to the same too..

All comments appreciated..

I don't have any of them. But I would go for the ace,  It looks the best imo.

ACE and Tromix are the real deal

CNC Warrior makes the stock for DPH arms.   LINK  CNC Warrior has a good rep.
a quick pic

All about cosmetics IMHO.

FAL/ Galil will be the best or just for the mechanics. and a VLTOR tube and a magpul stock.

By an AK100 series and never look back or have a builders remorse!!!
A better in vestment also.
I have a few if you need one!!

I had a Tromix (on my S12) and changed it out for an ACE.  MUCH MUCH better IMO.

No experience with the DPH billet but it looks interesting....

What do you have on now ?    and more important What Length ?

With the ACE you can get Three different lengths and then adjust those lengths further with different sized Buttpads

I personally have a Warsaw Length on one and plan on using an ACE on at least one build ( with the Internal Block / Cut The Tang )

Nothing, it's in pistol form right now (future SBR).  some pics to think about:

ACE:

DPH Stock:

this one looks the best, but a krink in 762x39 would be more enjoyable w/a more solid stock (w/a pad?)

My wife and daughter prefer the ACE over the Tromix because,
as they claim, the ACE has a more round & comfortable cheek
surface.

I personally prefer the ACE for it's flexibility on LOP
and because I have customized the crap out of them
in these many years.

Of the three, I would go with the CNC Warrior one, sans butt pad.

Does anyone have any good sling attachment solutions for Ace stocks? I have my stock folding left and can't really use the sling loop on it.
