I'm curious what kind of tactical slings you guys are running on your AKs.

I was looking at this one here:

http://www.lapolicegear.com/511-tactical-padded-2-point-sling.html

Will these types of slings work on AKs, or only on ARs?

I just got a Russian AK sling from K-VAR, but something adjustable and easier to get on and off would be nice.

I have the OSOE single pt. bungee, 2 pt. bungee, and their 2 into 1 convertible sling.  OSOE slings are good stuff.

OSOE 2 pt. bungee:

OSOE 2 point bungee. I love this sling so much, I'm going to buy one eventually for every fighting long gun I own.

I use SOG Armoy single point bungee's on my SLR105 and AKS74

Also use a regular AK sling with 2 buckles attached to the rear sling loop on my SLR107UR

Magpul MS2 sling on my Krink.  It is single point / 2 point interchangeable.

I have a generic 2 inch wide US utility strap that I bought for like two bucks. I use it as a single point with both ends of it attached to the side, rear loop on my sidefolder.

I'm gonna go against the grain here and say I love my two point. I just can't stand the floppiness of one points... I like my rifle tight against me when I'm not using it.

I got the Tapco system, for the four inch wide strap... way more comfortable on those long hikes through the woods, or even just standing around waiting your turn to run a course.

no longer in use, but worked ok-ish until I put my vest on, then it hung on everything.

I had this one on the Krink

It was too long for me, so I went to this one.  Going to a gunshow this weekend I think I'm going with the new Magpul MS2

No pic but I've used the MS2 on my krink.  Works extremely well.

I've got Russian military issued slings on 2 of mine and a Chinese military issue on my Chicom AK.  Am I weird?

The 50" Israeli Galil 2 point sling with the snap swivels...long enough to use as a tactical over the shoulder sling, or for slinging the weapon stock folded, over the back...works great on almost any rifle and is indestructable.
