It looks like the front sight/flash hider of my M76.rolled up into one!

I think I'd rather bend my barrel into a U and do some target practice than put that craptacular thing on any of my rifles. But hey, that's just me...

That's right... that's just you. This is what the Finnish Military use on their Valmets.

I saw that. You can't really see any threads in the picture though. So I have no idea.

my only concern would be site alignment. Like the Galil's the Valmet's use the rear site on the dust cover, and that front site may be too high to use with standard sites. I don't own a Valmet anymore, so I can check it against standard AK sites. Just a thought...

I think this one is specifically made for an AK.

Wickedly beautiful! The Valmet front site post and flash suppressor work very well. I see nothing wrong with taking the best parts and ideasfrom different ak designs to make yourself a supperior weapon. Mr Kalashnikov would be proud.
