I fixed my Yugo UF's FSP, it was canted to the left, so I punched out the two pins, straightened it, drilled out to the next size roll pen and inserted the new roll pins. However, the shop sold me the wrong drill bit for the 1/8th by 1/2 roll pins and the front hole is hogged out to large. By the time I got to the second hole I'd bought another drill bit and the roll pin is very tight. My new problem is the FSP is walking a bit when the barrel gets hot, throwing off my aim, how can I fix this and has anyone needed to fix this problem.

Before you say it, let me say this, I could not have left it alone!

Thanks

A good hardware store will have the little drawers where you can buy the next size roll pin.  Dremel off excess length.

That is if I'm reading this correctly.

I usually walk in with the roll pin, hand it to some retired guy who pulls the correct drawer on the first try.

I used a tappered pin for the replacment of the slightly oversized hole, works great.

Not to hijack your thread, but I'm looking for a gunsmith to uncant my sights for this reason and I'm wondering how much this sort of thing would cost.

less than 50, for sure.  I think I paid 20-30....
