I didn't know time could be "waisted"? Can it be legged and armed too? :D Schadenfreude rocks when people like his get burned in the marketplace. Probably was the guy who bought the $800 WASR with the "Obama will take your guns away" sign when I was at a Vegas fun show last year, and is now pissed he can't get anywhere near that nowadays. |
I was on J&G Sales website today, the prices on AKs have drop so I could by 4 WASRs or some thing better for that price.

This guy is no bigger of an asshole than the droves of other sellers going crazy on Gunbroker a few months back by buying shit and then selling it for 50%-100% more as soon as they get it to their houses. Somebody said he probably bought this for $800 or more at the top of the bubble a couple months back. I guarantee they're right. As dim-witted as some of the buyers on Gunbroker can be (I've actually bought my share of stuff there but only at sane prices) even that's not gonna get this rifle sold. You gotta love the old "Obama's going to take your guns away" line. It's made manufacturers, dealers, and private sellers a TON of money over the better part of a year.

Or he thinks somebody is actually going to be dumb enough to buy it. Somebody puts in a search for "AK-47" and all these other $400-500 guns come up and his is still out there, swinging in the breeze. What a slime. |

I've seen a guy on Gunbroker selling parts off of an Action Arms imported Galil listing everything as "RARE" in bright red letters. My favorite is the assault case that you could buy back in the day. He started his bid at $999.00 for an effin' assault case. Everything he's got listed is about 5-10 times what it should cost and has the word "RARE" in its title. I mean hell, the cleaning kit he's got is being sold for $125 and of course, it's listed as "RARE". Because cleaning kits for Galils are so hard to come by. This is why I mostly get on Gunbroker to shake my head at the outrageous prices people are asking for run-of-the-mill shit. Apache Arms is another Gunbroker scammer that comes to mind.
This explains why the guy with the Galil pieces has been sitting on them with 0 bids for months. |

Gun shows seem to be cheaper on average, but there are those sellers who I always watch them pack up. Most sellers leave with wads of cash, and the gougers leave with their inventory. |
