I jut picked up a NIB AMD 65 Sid Folder with FEG receiver. What mags should I get as the one that came with it is a plastic waffle looking mag. Will it accept all AK mags steel ect?? Where can I get them?

I have an AMD 65 also and it will accept any AK mag. I personally use the Hungarian 20 rounders but 30s will fit although I heard that the front grip can get in the way. I love my AMD 65

Hungarian 20 and any com-bloc steel 30 round mags work well, but the 20 rounders are best for prone position shooting. I've never had trouble using 30's with the front grip, though 40 rounders would be a problem. I don't know of any board sponsors that sell them, so I'll add that I've purchased all of mine from Cope's.

The USA-made magazine supplied with the AMD-65 is most likely required for 922r compliance. You should be able to use any USA-made AK magazine.
