Will these work on a Romainian AK?  Are they drop in like the Romy one's?  I can't find a Romy one.

If I remember correctly, they will work from one to the other.

Sorry, I'm not pulling my EG apart to see if it fits one of the Romies.

Yep, it will work just fine.  I have one on my Romy SAR-2.  It fits without any modifications.  Just make sure when assembling it you do not snap the ears/tabs off of the base of the folding stock mechanism that holds the tension spring.  Do not ask me how I know that last part.

+1 I broke 2 or 3 myself over the years. I got too excited. Make sure to remove the PG and nut before install. (edit to add, if it's the lever type)

So, remove the pistol grip.  Install the side folder, and your good to go?

that's pretty much it. If you have the push button, you don't have to remove the PG. The lever type you do. Now some people have had issues getting the PG nut back in, but I promise, it will fit.

I'm pretty sure the EG stocks are all lever style.
