How much interchange is there between European bolt carriers. Are Romanian ones compatible with Bulgarian ones and so on?

I've used a Bulgarian bolt carrier to replace a Rommy with a crack in the gas piston thread area (CAI strikes again!) with no problems.

I've used a Hungarian bolt carrier and bolt to replace my SAR-1's bolt carrier/bolt after I realized they were peening all over due to being made out of soft metal.
