I've got a Vector AK that just sits in the safe.

It has the best fit and finish on any AK I've owned. Better accuracy than the others as well (SAR's, frankens, etc.). Excellent trigger.
Not sure what parts it's made from, but was built in the last 3-4 years.
Don't have the original wood furniture, now has Bulgarian black handguards (real, not Tapco), "J" brake (original slant included) and steel ?Bulgarian folding stock.
Stock folds to right and is VERY solid, push-button type. Could pass for new.

Receiver is an NDS-1, has Tapco G2 double hook trigger.

Any idea what this is worth now that the Messiah is in office?

I love this gun, but just never shoot it and need the money for some recent financial hard times.

TIA

I've seen them going for $750 +/-  since Obama has been in office.

How can we establish a price without knowing the receiver size, what internals it has etc

I'll have to take down the markings and see if someone can decipher them here.  Not sure what you mean by "size".  Shall I assume thickness?

I sold a nib underfolder on my state forum for 780. probably could've gotten more in EE but I wanted local ftf.

could have gotten more if I listed after the election  results but I dithered around and listed it at first of year.

I still have a twin undefolder like it and put proceeds toward a 107fr that I put on CC before election.

Yes sir, the receiver thickness, and whatever you find out your internals are.

Okay, finally got home to check this thing out.

Here's all I could find:

Receiver is an NDS-1.

Left side of "area near barrel" has a 1 and 0613.

Left side of bolt has BM00299.

Has a G2 double hook trigger.

Does that help much?

Still kind of hard to determine what "Vector" you have as they made many versions using many different countries' parts as well as a mixture of a bunch of countries' parts of one rifle.  Kind of like saying you have a Remington shotgun and what's it worth.

If you have some photos or can get some photos, particulary of the left side, I can host them for you in this thread.  It would sure help as Vector even used a mixture of Polish and and rare East German parts on some of their early rifle builds.

Vectors are quality AKs.....they usually used Polish, hungarian or bulgarian parts......dont worry about reciever thickness or parts used...they were a extremely reputable company and considered one of the best AKs on the market.  I am upset that they have basically closed up shop.  Your AK is worth $700 easy possibly a bit more and will be worth more(inset ban date here) if you hold on to it.  Try not to sell......you will regret it
