What is this in relation to the '89 ban: It's a Norinco but no MAK90 SPORTER or NHM90 stamping, bayo lug cut off, muzzle threads intact but signs of previous tack welds for muzzle cap like on the NHM90, and had an NHM type thumbhole butt stock but the butt plate had no maker name like Boyd or Bishop (like on the NHMs). Handguard is.....Bottom: standard Norinco type.....Top: ventilated metal.
I'm thinking post ban but pre NHM.....one of the first to get caught up in the ban. Sound right? Is there an increase in value over MAK or NHM models? Anyone ran across one of these? |
| Sorry, not able to post pics....looks like your standard chicom with Norinco logo but without bayo lug and without post ban stampings (MAK90, NHM90)....I guess it just escaped that part of the post-ban processing. I might sell it and wonder what bearing that has on pricing, if any. |
