If you're looking for the one with shoulder strap, check CTD.  Here's the link.

I picked one up a couple months ago and for the money it's great.

+1.  I have a couple and use them with both AK and AR mags.  The strap is kinda narrow, so it's worthwhile adding a pad if you're going to carry it fully loaded for awhile.

I just ordered one of these yesterday. It looks like you can take the back pack off and use it as a chest rig for 6 mags.

If you want a mag bag with a shoulder strap:

That 5 cell Chinese one that CTD sells is very good. Heavy canvas. Seems well made. The little "frogs" that close the pockets are a bit fussy, but you could always sew other fasteners on. Looks like the price went up though. They were cheaper earlier this year.

The Yugo ones that hold four mags and are vinyl lined are very good too. But their flat pockets mean you have to use the almost flat brass Yugo oiler. Bottles won't fit in them. APEX used to carry these as well as Blackthorne. Not sure who may have them now.

Copes Distributing sells four mag Hungy canvas pouches cheap. Shoulder strap, leather strap/buckle closures, nice heavy canvas. New condition. Just a little "must" from storage. They're only $7!

Copes also sells the canvas Hungy 5 cell mag bag with shoulder strap. The ones I got were VGC. Just needed washed.

Both Hungy ones have a proper pocket to hold oil bottles as well as the tube cleaning kits.

I prefer the ones with shoulder straps as a "just in case" feature for SHTF. Grab 'em and go.

I was going to recommend Cope's as well, great people to work with as thier customer service is top notch.

I may have to pick up a 5 mag pouch from them.  I sewed on tabs to put a sling on the 3-round belt pouch that came with my WASR, but at this point I really need the extra capacity.

I bought one of those from Copes to hold my AR mags. Very nice for the money.

On the five cell AK mag pouches. They weigh enough to be a fishing boat anchor with loaded mags in them! That's why I got some five's as well as fours in the Hungy pouches.
