[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Handguard retainers?

Looking to make my basic saiga conversion to an ak-103. Have the handguards, but need the retainer. Any clue as to a good place to find them? Cheaperthandirt and k-var don't have them, I think. Thanks!

i just picked one up off of gunbroker for my bullpup i'm rebuilding as an AKM.

try there. won't be too cheap, but i guess the harder they are to find...

If I'm intending on threading the barrel for an ak-74 muzzle brake, do you think a press on is more cost effective? Did you put on a muzzle brake and if so why did you get this particular one?
