Less than $200.00 bucks from what I understand. But I don't own this kit, so I couldn't tell you guys anything about the performance of this conversion.

Does anybody anywhere make one fot the AK-74?  It wouldn't even require a barrel sleeve.

A word of advice: before buying anything from Jonathon Ceiner do a search on various gun boards to read comments about his customer service. Enough said.

Can't make one for the AK 74 since the .22 cal bullet is larger in diameter.

I still have a Mitchell/Jager/Bingham AK-22. Great dedicated clone and worked well until the firing pin broke.  I have had no luck finding a source for parts. if anyone has a source or knows of any interchangeable firing pins please let me know.

I thought I read once that the .223 is actually .222 so they called it .223 as to not be confused with .222

Someone want to share what they have mic'ed these bullets at?

if you do the math.

AR or AK .223=5.56=0.2188972"

AK-74 5.45=0.21456650000000002"

For those prices just get a Marlin 60 or add a few bucks and get the 10/22.
