[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Russian? Or Not

I just bought some assorted parts that were advertised as from a "Russian AK47" They were cheap enough that I didnt really care one way or the other because I needed most of the stuff that was included, but I wanted to know if this stuff really is russian.

The only pic I have now is this one:

Probably cant tell any of the smaller parts but what about the furniture?

Looks PolyTech to me. By far my favorite buttstock profile.

+1 for Chinese, which is still pretty good. The Chinese AKs are good quality.

Don't know about the upper handguard and FCG, but mostly Chinese.

In new condition, the buttstock, pistol grip and handguards would run you about $110 to $120. I think you did good.
