MadMerc-- Why not use the TAPCO "Made in U.S.A." AKM-style slant-type compensator (it is most definitely NOT a "flash-hider")? (You could also grind the slant to square, if necessary.) If you already have a barrel thread-protector, but it is "unfinished", you can solve the finishing problem with a bottle of Birchwood Casey Perma-Blue for about $5.00. If I had a "nut" I'd just mail it to you, but I no longer have one. Sorry. |
