I ordered This on the 1st.
I called on the 16th and was told it was backordered, and i would get a full refund via paypal by the end of the day.
Its the 22nd and no refund or item.

Has anyone else ordered thru them

I ordered a Eagle stock pack from them a couple of months ago. After a couple of weeks went by, I sent an email, then another, then another with no reply. I finally emailed to cancel my order. Eric may be a good guy but the customer service there sucked! I won't use them again.

Talked to Eric again, he was really nice and this time refunded my ordered.  The very slim chance i order from them again, i will also forward my concerns too.

I probably sent 5-6 emails that were never responded to.
