What does this looks like?
The gun has estimated 6000K Wolff FMJ new production ammo though it.
Was never rapid fired, was cleaned after every range session, has never seen rust.

Looks like its starting to wear out.

It's an AK.  I wouldnt worry about it too much.

Could just be copper fouling. But do NOT soak the copper remover long term in the bore, not good for chrome. A few min is fine though.

I'm going to say erosion - but I am not a guns smith...

Steel jacketed rounds are harder than brass

Nice pic though

Looks like chrome getting worn off of steel.

6000rnds is a pretty low count for a chrome-lined AK barrel to wear but it does look like a little spalling of the chrome plate. I wouldn't worry about it. That bore still looks like it has more life left in it than me

Maybe the chrome was a little "thick" to begin with and maybe combined with a little too much free-bore 6000 rounds is just taking care of the excess at the throat. How does the rest of the barrel look?

In any case, that alone would not keep me from shooting or buying that rifle.
