[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Arsenal to a side folder?

I have picked up an Arsenal and a kit from a friend. Is there anyway to put a Russian side folder on this reciever (it's made for a standard buttstock)?

I know there may be some machining involved, any suggestions on who to send it to that could do the work?
