I just recently purchased a WASR and was looking at maybe adding some of the Tapco furniture to it. On the website is say they are only compatable with stamped receivers. Is there an AK guy out there that can tell me if these would match up on the WASR double stack? I apoligize for my ignorance, the little lady got it for me for christmas and it is my first non AR in a LONG TIME! |

Welcome to the dark side most of the furniture is interchangible with most AK's. If it says it's for a stamped reciever, your good to go. If it's for a milled reciever...no If it's for a Yugo...no just about everything else is good to go. With new stocks etc, you might have to make a minor adjustment (a little file here or there) to get it to fit perfect on your particular rifle as AK's were made for function, not made to be pretty. |
