Anyone try one of these things? I'm looking to get tighter groups out of my Maadi MISR S/A. Any suggestions? Also plan to do a trigger job. muzzlejet.com Thanks |

I don't know if it works, but there are inconsistencies with what they are saying. A. 7" groups at 50 yards?? Come on not even an AK shoots that bad - 14 MOA????. B. If you look at the pictures you will see that on the targets he says "Romanian", - and yes on two pictures you see Romanian AK, but on two other pictures you could make out Chinees AK (different front sight, different finish on the barrel, and different style of machining on the barrel), on the target which says "Romanian AK". The device is claiming to compensate for barrel harmonics. This is valid in theory and can in fact produce dramatic improvements in accuracy in AK and SKS rifles where this is a hinderence to accuracy. I have no idea if this particular device does what it claims or its durability. Perhaps if someone here buys one and tries one, we will find out. This sounds like a job for RS39 as he is quite well versed in barrel harmonics.
