Couldn't find anything online before taking the plunge, but Krebs UFM rails work with 100-series AKs... with a little bit of persuasion from a hacksaw and a dremel with a cutting wheel.

Found a Chinese Cheese Grader while rummaging thru one of my parts bin and decided to switch it out. Picked up a Ace sling plate added some HK hooks and switched to a D shaped swivel. I need to pick up a light for her. After    Before

Thanks The rubber is worn It just doesn’t show up in the pics 120 sandpaper, Steel wool(very gentle) Flathead screwdriver, Open end wrench (not so gentle but still careful) Used motor oil It’s 12+ yrs so that’s helped a little too. |

Love scrolling through these threads. Here is a project gun I've been adding to. It started as this, a RF 109 Snubnose from Atlantic when I purchased in 2003 for around $425 I believe.
 " />These were originally imported by Century and converted by Ohio Rapid Fire , hence the RF designation, for Atlantic to sell. It is based on a Romanian gun and has a gray parked finish. It is a great gun to shoot and very accurate for an AK. I've only ever shot iron sights with it.  After years of changing furniture I think I got it where I like it. I had the original brake taken off and a better 74 style brake pinned/welded on. The barrel had to be threaded for the new muzzle brake. I think the barrel is around 14.25-14.5" length. I got a Midwest Ind. Keymod handguard when they were blowing them out a few years ago. Magpulled the rest. |

Decided that I don't think I'm going to run my Dead Air PBS-1 on this anymore, so I picked up a 104/105 booster from M13 Industries. Now I need a new suppressed AK host; maybe a 7.62 Krink?

I got a great deal on another WASR so I picked it up. Came with the quad rail and the wood but the wood isnt matching and very dull so I put the quad back on. It has the Tapco folding stock on it, but I'm not really a fan and I'm going to replace that very shortly. I had hoped to put a triangle folder on it, but its looking like thats going to take a shit ton of work.
It was interesting though, Its a lower SN then the first one I got and came with the flat muzzle brake on it and it was actually pined and welded so it *may* be a preban, not really sure.
