Is it true that with a 7.62/39 zeroed in at 30 meters will be on at 100 meters? Also after it is zeroed at 100 meters , how accurate is the rear ladder moving from 100 to 200 and to 300 ? (using FMJ) Thanks for any help you can give.

For common 120-124gr rounds, the ladder is fine. 30 is close, and fine for ensuring "on paper" and windage for the start. But there is no substitute for finessing the 100 and how you interpret the sight picture further out.

I was wondering about the ladder. How well it works.

"Ladder"? Are you standing the rear sight upright? That's not how it works...
