I have been looking all over for a 3 point for my ak and cant find one anywhere, does anyone know where i can find one? Pat |

This may be the best rifle sling ever Vickers 2 Point I own two of them and use them on AKs. Way less complex than the 3 point, and the length adjust super fast for weakside shooting. I used to have Spectre 3 points on all my guns. I finally realized the gun was wearing me rather than me wearing it. What I mean is that the 3 point is way to constrictive around you. with the simple 2 point you can ditch the gun in an instant. Or just get unstraped from the gun so you can get into awkward positions. There is no doubt the three point does a great job of carrying the gun while you are walking. Do you want the best sling for walking with a gun, or the best sling for fighting/shooting? |

I had a CQB Solutions (now Specter Gear) three-point on my AK. Yes, the sling wears you, not you wearing the sling. I eventually disassembled the sling and made a single point out of the buckles and webbing. It all depends on how you use the rifle. I can see a three point working on something like a SAW, where all that support would help balance and carry the weapon, but on a teeny-tiny AK, it's too much. Two-point or single point, all the way. |
