Only if the weaver clamps on your scope rings are rock solid and you dont move them.  The Siderail will be perfectly solid but the weakness of this design is the rail on the top of the scope mount.  The picatinny design does not zero if you intend to remove the scope at all.

ALSO NOTE---THE SIDE RAIL CLAMP PICTURED IS NOT DESIGNED TO PROVIDE PROPPER EYE RELIEF ON AN AK---ONLY ON AN SVD!!!!!!

My advice would be to go with the PSOP-1 4x24 scope with Bullet Drop Compensator chevrons, Range estimater, Illumination, and propper AK "V" mounting bracket.  This optic will retain zero even when removed, every time.

that mount is garbage. I have had two of them and both rails on top do not line up with the barrel. ITS OBVIOUS. The second one was not as bad as the first but they suck. Spend more and get one at k-var.

Yes, mine does. Rails are usually 1/8" off center, but at least straight, so on a 3moa 200yd gun it's not an issue.

However, this is the high model which allows irons to be viewed below. Cheekweld sucks imho and I sold mine for a low mount.

What are you trying to mount up???
