Is such a thing available? I've been looking on Google, but with no luck. I am new to the AK-47, so I may not know the best sources. Please help.

I haven't found anything, and I've been looking for a few hours a day. Is there no demand for such a product? Switching ammo, having a suppressor coming on and off... Surely people would want this with a few settings to switch through.

I don't think I've ever seen an adjustable gas block commercially available. Gas blocks with sights do exist though, though not very common.
