Absolutely, I have used mine for 500+ rounds......took it to the range.yesterday and it was still dead on at 100yds......I just.ordered a second one.

Do the button head screws in the back tighten it somehow?

They are used to fine tune the rail ....they are nylon tipped and aee designed to be loktited into place to allow for a repeatable zero
