they both have the same cheekweld, granted it would be a little nicer to have the millett a little more forward..im running arms #22 low rings now and i'm thinking the larue forward type mount will put the scope up to high...the aimpoint is in the low aimpoint ring...they are both pretty comfortable and quick on target..which one should i go with? which one looks more natural?

I'm running a BP-02/red-dot on my M70 and it is very fast on target. I love it. The correct answer is whatever set-up works best for you and you are most comfortable with, regardless of which one "looks more natural". Function rules the day.
My 2 cents anyway.

The T1 is an outstanding optic, I was just playing with one in the gun store the other day. An excellent choice IMO.

For just shooting to 100yds, Aimpoint.
For SHTF and ability to ID another and guess their intentions, 1-4x.
