I was interested in ordering some magazines, followers and floor plates from this company. My question is: Has anyone purchased from this site before? If so, has the service been good? The reason I ask is because everytime that I've called thier number -- I get a voice message and have left a message once and received no answer. I'd hate to order and have problems getting service after the sale. Thanks, Don King |

I've purchased the set of 10 followers and 10 floorplates. The floorplates' flanges are bent too thin and they won't fit any mags. The followers aren't shaped in the right way, and they won't go up into a 30 rounder, they get caught on those little rails inside which keep the spring base from going up. Edit: they're out of the $5 ones. I ordered 6 $4.25 ones (lightly modified, not entirely converted to .223 mags), and they fit loose with some play but feed okay (in a gun which gets VERY tight fit with regular black bulgy mags). I just got a new job, so I hope they don't run out any time soon. I want to order another 40 or so in a week or two. |

RPB is great to deal with. Fast shipping, good products. I only had one problem with them and they corrected it as well as saving me the shipping on the corrected stuff. Definatly a good place to deal with. As far as the machine answering service, I only got that once but I called like an hour later and the guy was there. |

Andreuha Were the followers and Floorplates for the .223 mags or the 7.62x39 mags.? I was just wondering if I was going to experience the same issues. I just ordered the set of 10 FP's and Followers, but in the 7.62x39. I know that one website mentioned that the Bulgarian Waffle Mags did indeed need modifying to work properly with the replacement FP's and Followers. I'll have to see how it works out. My order should be here in a few days. Thanks for the replies everyone. I did call back a little later and was able to place an order (Obviously). |

the nuldge on the follower is definitely the width of a 7.62x39 round, and the followers are a solid 1/8 inches wider than the standard E.German steel 5.45 followers. ,The little rails at the bottom of the mag (or the rails themselves, with a safe-edge file) can be filed so the rails onto which the FP slides are thin enough for it to fit. These kits are definitely for stamped 7.62x39 mags. Not a bad deal for anyone working on a 7.62 kit, though. It all fits and works, just those two dimentions keep it from working. Speaking of which, I'm going to try that now Edit: just tried both sides of the rail with a file. No can do. Should be a 10 second job on a belt sander, though. |
You mean to say that they DO have the $5 AK74 E.German Bakelites? Search is down, but some guy here was told the same and got 20 of the modded ones. |

Got my mags in today. All brand new in plastic and covered in greasy oil. Looks as if I'll have to actually clean em up before I use them. *3 30 round mags. *10 pack of followers and floorplates. $39.00 shipped -- Can't really complain much about those numbers. I'll definately be doing business with them again. Don King |
