I have an X-Products X15 top loading drum for AR platforms that I really like.  What are my options for top loading drums for my Mini Draco SBR?

Im sure you can find them for cheaper but here is pretty much the only style of top loading drums out there for AK's

Romanian military issued are the only top loaders, and they usually never go for under $100

Top loaders have been imported here from Russia, Yugoslavia and Romania.
