Found some Thermold 20 & 30rnd mags (just a couple of ea) at a local sporting goods store for under $20.  Would you buy them, or wait?  I don't own any Thermolds, but don't want to get them if they are crap.

Just from reading reviews, they seem to be pretty good. Why not buy steel surplus for the same price?

I'd go with the E-Lander mags from The Mako Group.  Buy 6 for roughly $107 with free shipping.  They are steels mags similar to the HK steel mags - just more than half the price!

Hey Red, latest add from CDNN has a Thermold 48 rd listed for $14.  I hear the Thermold AK mags work OK, but $20 seems kind of high.  Tell me you have some steel AK mags and you are only adding to what you got, if not What a Country still has some Polish/East Euro steel mags for $20. And MB223 is right E-Lander seems to be a great deal for instock AR mags if you need some of those too.
