Okay, I've got a Romy drum a friend gave me cause it doesn't work.  Told me to see if I can get it working.  The drum will load five rounds fine, but won't load any more.  Any ideas as to why?  I'm not terribly familiar with AK drums.

Is it a chinese style drum with the back door that opens with 3 latches?

No, it's a Romanian style drum with the lever on the front and a nut on the back.

Okay.  Check out my video below around the 1:18 mark.   Are you using the lever to assist in loading?   If so and it's not working does it look like mine when it's opened up or are the springs bent/cosmo'd up/kinked?

Thanks, that video really helps.  Now that I have it open and look at it, it all appears in good working condition, just that everything is coated in cosmoline.  What's the best way to clean the cosmoline out of the drum?  Put it on a pan I don't care about and leave it in the oven at about 200 for awhile?

Heres a link to another thread on removing cosmo.

Thank you.  Well, I'm hoping once it's clean, everything will be working properly.

Well, I pulled it out of the oven and sprayed it out with brake cleaner.  It loaded up all 75 rounds.

Now I just have one problem.  It doesn't want to lock into my RPK.  It fits in fine, it just won't let the magazine catch engage.

Did it lock in before?

No, just curious if there are any good ways to fix this problem.

I suggest taking a crayon on chalk and marking up the top of the mag, to include the tab, then try to insert it.  Where they chalk/crayon is rubbed off start filing down (slowly) until it fits.

^^^That is assuming your rifle accepts other standard com-bloc mags without issue and it's just the drum that's the problem...
