I run into a what appears to be a Soviet Izmash 30 rounder when scavenging a local surplus store. As far as I can tell it has never been put into a rifle, and seems to still have th eoriginal SU grease on it. Is there any value in it?

| They had a bin of normal Finnish surplus mags (ribbed phosphated steel ones with lanyard loop) 8 euros each, and that one was in the bin among the others. They were actually already closed so I just grabbed it and ran to the counter. I wonder if there were more of those there. |

It sounds like the mags with the lanyard loops are Valmet mags.
They kinda hard to find here but you are in Finland so that is understandable. We need a store like that here in Georgia! I'm paying about $75 for two slabsides and you paid 8 euros- like $12 or so... And for a perfect one.You lucky dog! |
