What are the differences between Gen 1 and Gen 2 Bulgarian .223 magazines, thanks.

The difference is the horizontal ribs wrap around the front of the mag on the GEN 2, were they did not on the GEN 1. Gen 1 clear mags were very prone to develop small cracks running from the front spine into the main body.

Gen II mags are lacking the grooves for the stripper clip guide in addition to Hootbro's comments above.

Gen1 smoke/clears lacked the stripper groves also.
