I found this on another site.Never seen one before.Any of you? Looks like maybe a weld in the middle?

Its a magazine,not a drum.

Century sells 75 rd and 100 rd mags like this.  The one in the picture looks like 100 rd.

It looks like it was made by National Magazine.  I believe they made it by welding a few magazines together.  They aren't worth much.

The Soviets had a 100rd experimental mag but it was tossed for obvious reasons. The base plate would attach to the muzzle to help stabilize it.



And yes there was a couple of US manufacturers who made some by welding several Eastern Block steel 30rd mags together. They are junk.

I believe there was enough flex in the magazine so that you could get it locked in.

Completely impractical......and if purchased.....should be used as nothing more than pure Novelty.
