I see the mags seem to be selling for about $30 in the EE. Is there any special value to brown mags? Whats the difference between the (10) and (21)?

different factories, otherwise same/same.
if you just want mags to use for actual shooting, don't worry about what the markings say. get whatever 5.45x39 mags you want. if you're a collector––well you wouldn't be asking if you were a collector; you'd already know.
