[ARCHIVED THREAD] - 75 round drum

I bought a Russian type drum. I was wondering how I can tell where its from? There is 2 marks, There is a diamond with what looks like a 7 in it on the neck(where it goes into the weapon) and a triangle with what looks like a 10 ( this stamp is really crappy) but doesnt look like an arrow maybe even Arabic type letter. I am not sure and hope someone might know. Thanks All
