I found some NORINCO steel core ammo today.  The guy was asking $7 a box for it.  Is this a decent price, or is he asking too much?

To much...

It's not all its cracked up to be.  Id rather have 40 rounds of BB than 20 rounds of
steel core stuff..

Too much.   Let's say for sake of argument that it is worth it because it's "the best" or something.  If you'll like me you'll never get around to shooting it because it's too good, sort of like never using the good china at home.  End result is you're out $7 and have ammo you're never shoot, what's the point?

Well Ill just let him keep it then.  I thought it was far superior to other ammo.  Guess it must just be because there is a limited supply.  Oh well thanks for the responses and helping me save some $

The only thing I would add is that the norinco steel core ammo isn't available to the public anymore and it hasn't been for a while now. I'm kind of a collector of rare/unusual stuff so I'd probably buy it. Though I do already have some.
