Does anyone know where I can find this type of blank ammo?

About 5 years ago there was a ton of E. German blanks that came in blister packs with a yelloish background.  I still see it at shoes from time to time for about $1.50 - $2.00 per pack.

There is a guy in Michigan named Richard Satterfield that makes  blanks for re-enactors. My last price list shows $18 per hundred + shipping.  His phone number is 517-684-4493

There are other guys who make blanks, if this does not help, just let me know and I can look them up. I just happend to have this guys name on my desk.
