Greeting guys and perhapses gals. I thought I'd venture over to this side of the board as I've got an itch to build one or two aks. I'm looking to build a pistol much like Atlantic sells and maybe a polish underfolder. I see that cope's has the polish underfolder, but I can't seem to locate a pistol kit. Are there any available? I've never built from a kit before and will probably have a buddy looking over the shoulder, but what do I need to watch out for? Are the Tapco receiver flats decent. Like I said this has probably been discussed so many times over here, but I don't visit very often to this side. Thanks a head of time guys...... |

Thanks guys...... Money is an issue for me right now. I've just had an itch to finally build one. I saw one at a fun show this past weekend and I started drooling. They wanted $750 for it..... Ouch!! I've been out of work for the past 9 months so money is tight. I have an Americanized Mak for my only AK. I've got several ARs and just need to do some balancing. What I really want is an AK pistol that shoots 7.62 x 54.  I'm going for fireball factor. I'm sure I'll have tons more questions for you guys. I'd get that kit in the EE if I had the cash available at this moment. I hope the kits are available when I get the $$. |
