I just finished a Romy kit on a DCI economy receiver and there is an excessive amount of mag wobble.  I don't mind a little bit of wobble, but I can't handle this.  I compared it to a Global Trades receiver and noticed that the rail mag guides (I think this is what they are called, it is the little rail right above the dimple) on the DCI do not extend towards the mag as far..  I was thinking about trying to add some kind of material to extend these rails a little.  Any suggestions?

If you have a welder could build it up, one guy took his to a shop and had them build it up with a tig welder. However he had them build up the ejector.

This is why I don't like predrilled trunion holes.  Without the predrilled holes you can place the front trunion for perfect mag fit.  With the predrilled holes, you don't have that option.  Placing and drilling your own hole is very simple.... I don't know why people make such a big deal out of it.  Ok, rant off.

I found just the oposite on my ND3 receiver, mag well was too tight. had to open it up and file on the mag release to get mags to work perfectly in it.
Opened it up hair too far.

I have no JB weld experience but...
I wonder if you couldn't build up a little JB weld on the insides of dimples?

Tapeo, I am beginning to agree with you.  Although the NDS-3 is super fast to build on and I hate drilling for the rear trunnion,  I think I may go back to drilling my own holes.
However, I don't think that is the source of the problem.  The little rails right above the dimples seem to be too short.  Like drobs suggested, I am going to add some JB Weld to these rails just to see if it fixes the problem.  If it does, I'll see if I can weld a little bit of material to it.

All the nds -3 's are the same ..............i think its the little variations in the kits that are lineing up just a fraction off every now and then. ...................hit and miss.

I put some little shims in the area of question and it tightened up.  I am going to proceed with the JB Weld tomorrow.
