DansAmmo.com is the reference. CheaperThanDirt has the best deals, though. I bought my two Polish underfolder AKM's ($170) and two Tantal's ($152) from them. All are nice. One Tantal has a spot of rust on the slant break which I plan on replacing anyway.

I just went to Dan's and their deals look pretty comparable. The only difference might be that on the CTD AKM's all numbers match.

I was going to buy a Tantal from Cheaper than dirt but it looks like the whole FCG and both selector levers are missing, is this true ?

I would use a G2 FCG so that's no big deal, but I must have both selector levers, especially that cool left hand side one.
