I've seen some polish underfolders with stocks of slightly varying degrees of "horizontal". Some are perfectly horizontal with a slight gap between folded stock and foregrip when folded, and some are angled down (just a hair) and are tight when folded. Others are actually angled up a little bit (which ain't right) and who knows what they look like folded.. probably a sloppy mess. So, my question is, should I intentionally rotate the rear trunion down just a hair (and drill corresponding trunion holes) so that the stock will lock up tight against the foregrip when folded? My receiver is a fix stock receiver so I will be drilling the folder hole as well. Examples: Angled down slightly Angled up slightly Gap when folded thanks |
