[ARCHIVED THREAD] - threading muzzle/changing gas block

Im sure this horse has been beat to death, but, could someone please give me a link to instructions on threading the barrel on my WASR-10 and changing the gas block for one with a Bayo lug? Or even better, instructions on swapping the barrel would be great. Also, who would have the parts for these operations?
